Estimator/Sales Job Details:

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (occasional evenings/weekends based on client needs) Competitive Base salary + commission (based on experience) Direct Hire Opportunity!

Estimator/Sales Job Description:

Meet with residential and/or commercial clients to assess painting project needs Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals based on project scope Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Follow up on leads, inquiries, and submitted estimates to close business Coordinate with operations/painting crews to ensure project expectations are met Maintain records of sales activity, estimates, and customer communications Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle

Estimator/Sales Job Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, estimating, or construction/painting industry preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to read job scopes, take measurements, and create detailed estimates Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required) Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.) PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
