In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing bids, coordinating the purchase of materials, and work closely with our team to ensure projects run smoothly. Your expertise will help drive cost efficiency, support project management, and foster strong supplier relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-end construction projects. Duties Prepare detailed estimates using Quickbooks, ensuring accurate pricing. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing. Manage activities by issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Maintain strong relationships with vendors to optimize pricing strategies and ensure timely delivery of materials.
