Job Description

Twin Lakes Fire Service is looking for an energetic team member for our IL team. This position is a great opportunity for a self motivated construction professional to expand their skills and implement processes that increase efficiency and guarantee our team hits the deadlines. Construction management experience preferred. Commercial mechanical construction management preferred. 1. Specific Goals/Guidelines for Project Management a) Form relationships with new and existing customers that may benefit from company services. b) Maintain customer relationships with a high quality of service and meeting the needs of customers. c) Determine products and services that best serve the needs of the client and the company. d) Estimating projects and writing proposals to perform work. e) Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet client and company needs. f) Meeting sales goals and assisting in forecasting future sales. g) Form relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper pricing on material h) Meeting with other staff to assist in project estimation and design. i) Coordination with other subcontractors to receive quotes and ensure smooth flow on projects. j) Tracking job cost and project management as needed. k) Provide training and assistance with office staff as needed. l) Assist with other tasks in the office as needed.
