Job Summary Keystone Homes is seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Residential Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. This role is primarily focused on residential remodeling and renovation projects, with involvement in custom home construction and select light commercial projects as needed. The right candidate will be comfortable meeting with prospective clients, developing project estimates and budgets, coordinating pre-construction planning, and managing projects through completion. This person should be a strong communicator, effective problem-solver, and steady leader who can keep projects moving while maintaining a high level of quality and client service. Responsibilities Serve as an early point of contact for prospective clients Meet with clients to understand project goals, scope, and priorities Prepare project estimates, budgets, and proposals Review plans, specifications, and scope of work for accuracy and completeness Develop and maintain project schedules to keep jobs on track Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field activities Monitor job costs, change orders, and overall financial performance Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress Communicate with homeowners and clients throughout the project Work closely with internal team members on planning, pricing, selections, and execution Identify and solve issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns Ensure all work complies with building codes, company standards, and client expectations Maintain accurate project documentation, job notes, and reporting Support custom home and select light commercial projects as needed Qualifications Experience in residential construction project management, remodeling, homebuilding, or a related role Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and materials Estimating experience, including preparing budgets and evaluating job costs Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and client expectations Ability to handle multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency with construction management and estimating software, plus Microsoft Office Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Experience managing remodeling and renovation projects Experience with custom home construction Familiarity with light commercial construction Knowledge of change order management, client selections, and pre-construction planning Familiarity with CoConstruct or similar project management platforms What We're Looking For Accountable and dependable Calm under pressure Strong leadership presence Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture Committed to quality and client satisfaction Team player with a get-it-done mindset Able to think ahead, communicate clearly, and solve problems efficiently Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunity Paid time off Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Technology/tools provided Opportunity to grow with a respected local builder
