• The Estimator / Planner plays a key role in bridging design and production by developing accurate cost estimates and building production plans that ensure efficient execution.

Estimating:

Review and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications Identify materials, labor, production steps, and equipment requirements Develop detailed estimates including bills of materials and labor hours

Production Planning:

Build and maintain production packages to support workflow efficiency Coordinate with purchasing to align material needs with timelines Identify machines, processes, and personnel required for production

Collaboration:

Partner with engineering, production, purchasing, and sales teams Support the transition from concept into full production Must-Haves 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Experience with estimating, production planning, or both Hands-on experience creating bills of materials (BOM) and cost estimates Experience working within an ERP or MRP system Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once A bit about us:
