The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that bids are completed on time, accurately, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This role requires effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Duties
  • Attend weekly planning sessions to define project scopes and goals.
  • Bid projects using an array of project bidding software.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure all needs are captured.
  • Prepare technical documentation and products for bid submittal.
  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project to insure a successful bid.
  • Attend regular status meetings with team members to identify challenges and develop solutions. Experience
