IN- HOUSE Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented in-house Estimator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in securing new work by delivering accurate, competitive bids and supporting the pre-construction process from start to finish. Aplicant must be local and be able to travel to office daily.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates based on blueprints, specifications and bid documents Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for labor, materials and equipment Analyze drawings and identify scope requirements, gap and potential risks Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids Coordinate with project managers and field team during pre- construction Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines Identify value engineering opportunities and cost saving alternatives Maintain up to date knowledge of construction methods, materials and pricing trends

Qualifications:
