Part-Time Estimator /
Showroom Sales Associate Location:
Perryville, Kentucky Hours:
20 hours per week minimum About Us We are an established cabinet and countertop company serving residential and commercial customers for 25 years. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team and assist with residential estimating, showroom sales, and customer support while learning our commercial estimating process. Position Summary The primary responsibility of this position is preparing accurate residential cabinetry and countertop projects. The successful candidate will also assist showroom customers and gradually learn commercial estimating procedures as their experience grows. Responsibilities Cabinet Design & Estimating Create cabinet layouts and drawings using design software Prepare accurate estimates for residential cabinetry and countertop projects Review measurements, plans, and project specifications Design cabinetry solutions that meet customer needs and project requirements Generate quotations using company pricing systems Verify estimate accuracy and completeness Maintain organized project and estimate records Learn commercial estimating Showroom Sales Assist walk-in customers Discuss cabinetry and countertop options Help customers select products and finishes Provide professional and friendly customer service Administrative Support Maintain customer files and project documentation Assist with estimate tracking and follow-up Support office operations as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail Good math, computer, and organizational skills Ability to learn design and estimating software Professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Construction, cabinetry, interior design, drafting, remodeling, or estimating experience is helpful but not required Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who enjoys detailed work, takes pride in accuracy, and can manage multiple projects at once. The ability to learn our products, design software, and estimating procedures is more important than prior industry experience.
