Estimator/Project Manager Responsibilities:

Attend Pre-Bid Meetings Set up bid packages/request for quotes through our bid management software Provide quantity takeoffs, manpower calculations, equipment costs, and work with subcontractors for required pricing Prepare detailed and accurate estimates Be willing to work within the systems designed for this role

Qualifications:

Work well with others 2 years previous experience Understands reading plans and general construction practices Good organizational skills Knowledgeable in Work, Excel, and Outlook Be a problem solver Are you still reading?
