Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join a growing team in Franklin, MA. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction estimation including project manager collaboration and plan reading. They will have a strong set of soft skills including communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Send out invitations to bid (ITBs) to subcontractors Review and interpret construction drawings and project documents Distribute information to appropriate trades and vendors Organize and manage bid documentation Prepare and assemble detailed project estimates Evaluate subcontractor proposals and pricing Collaborate with PMs and internal teams throughout the estimating process

Qualifications:

3+ years of project estimation experience (construction, civil engineering, specialty contracting etc) Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel +++ Organization/Detail Oriented very important...10-12 jobs at any given time Energy, professionalism, and team player mentality are important here Clean resume with limited movement
