Full Job Description What You'll Do:

Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs for piping and steel scopes using Trimble (SysQue or related tools). Review drawings/specs to develop accurate labor, material, and equipment pricing. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotes and build complete bid proposals. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to define scope, identify risks, and support design-build efforts.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years estimating experience in mechanical, piping, or steel trades. Strong proficiency with Trimble estimating platforms. Knowledge of process piping, steel fabrication/erection, and mechanical systems. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
