They are known for delivering technically complex healthcare, education, public, and energy projects and continue to win a significant amount of new work, driving the need to expand their estimating group. Job Description Prepare conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates for projects $25M+ Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis Solicit, review, and level subcontractor bids Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and field leadership Assist with value engineering and cost‑saving alternatives Participate in estimate reviews and client presentations Maintain historical cost data and pricing benchmarks Support multiple bids simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Estimator should have: 6-12+ years of construction estimating experience Background in Healthcare, K‑12, Public, or District Energy projects Experience estimating projects over $25M (no multifamily) Strong understanding of construction means and methods Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam Ability to commute to Medford, MA or Norwood, MA Strong communication skills and attention to detail What's on Offer Base salary: $110,000
