Quincy/ Braintree, MA The company is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator to join the team in the Quincy/ Braintree, MA area. This role will play a key part in the firm's growth as they look grow from $400m to $1bn over the next 2 years. Key responsibilities of the Commercial Construction Estimator include: Perform comprehensive quantity takeoffs utilizing tools such as Bluebeam and other industry-standard software. Build full project estimates (conceptual through GMP), ensuring accuracy, detail, and adherence to the firm's methodology. Solicits and qualifies quotes with various vendors to obtain the most economical cost for supplies, equipment, and sub-contractor labor. Provides customer service and coordination throughout the duration of awarded projects for items such as scope, change orders, field coordination, progress billing, project close-out tasks, mentoring and training. Support internal checks and benchmarking against historical data and comparable project types. Key responsibilities of the Commercial Construction Estimator include: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Proficiency in takeoffs and full estimate build‑outs, with a strong technical foundation. Experience working with subcontractor networks across Massachusetts; strong understanding of regional cost trends. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high-growth environments. Why Join the
