Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to manage and review subcontractors' and vendor's bids, proposals, and Bill of Materials Perform budget pricing from schematic drawing and narrative Draft scope letters, proposals, and vendor solicitations Work under deadlines efficiently and in a composed manner Identify any inconsistent issues, problems, and other issues within bid documents. Communicate and partner with project managers and general contractors to ensure a high-quality estimate is delivered on time Knowledgeable with construction documents, including the ability to read drawings and specifications Develop and maintain client relationshipsSkills and Experience:
