The company has a deep and diversified project pipeline that spans retail, hospitality, life science, academic, and corporate interiors, allowing it to remain stable and busy through market shifts.

Rather than chasing volume, the firm focuses on long term client relationships, which has resulted in approximately eighty percent of work coming from repeat clients. This approach has supported steady, sustainable growth and a healthy backlog of negotiated and repeat work throughout New England. Job Description Prepare detailed estimates for ground up and renovation projects Perform quantity takeoffs and scope reviews Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals Coordinate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction Participate in bid reviews and value engineering efforts Support budgeting and cost control for negotiated and hard bid work Contribute to relationship driven preconstruction for repeat clients MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
