Position Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
• Ability to multi-task, self-motivate, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Review project plans and specifications to understand project scope and requirements
• Develop cost estimates based on scope of work, including materials, labor, and equipment
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing and availability information
• Prepare and submit bid proposals with detailed cost breakdowns and project timelines

Position Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in HVAC estimating preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel
• Proven ability to work efficiently with clients and co-workers in a professional setting
