Job Description:

About the Opportunity A growing construction firm is looking to add an Estimator to its team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and has a strong eye for detail when it comes to building accurate, competitive project estimates. What You'll Do Send out invitations to bid (ITBs) to subcontractors Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings Distribute project information to appropriate trades Organize and manage bid documentation Assemble and prepare detailed cost estimates Evaluate subcontractor proposals and pricing Partner closely with Project Managers and internal teams throughout the estimating process What We're Looking For 3+ years of estimating experience (construction preferred) Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience reviewing subcontractor bids and proposals Technical Skills Procore (preferred) Bluebeam Adobe Microsoft Excel & Word Work Environment 5 days onsite 40-hour work week Workload may fluctuate depending on project pipeline
