In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop competitive bids. Your expertise will help ensure our projects are financially viable while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse construction projects, utilizing your skills in cost analysis, pricing strategies, and project management to drive success from the initial proposal through project completion. Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop comprehensive estimates. Perform quantity takeoffs for estimating purposes Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed cost proposals. Conduct site visits to gather on-the-ground information relevant to project costs and logistics. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to negotiate pricing and scope adjustments. Analyze labor, material, equipment costs, and subcontractor bids to ensure accurate pricing. Support project management teams by providing timely estimates that align with project budgets and schedules. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of construction processes and site operations. Proficiency in estimating or project management software tools. Solid knowledge of construction contracts, cost control techniques, and pricing strategies. Ability to communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and team members. Hands-on construction site experience is highly desirable for accurate assessment of project needs but not required with estimating experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously under tight deadlines. Familiarity with construction management practices and project lifecycle from bidding through completion is a plus.

Pay:

Up to $80,000.00 per year
