Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team and support our commercial project pipeline. Job Summary:
The Electrical Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial electrical construction projects. This role involves working on both small and large-scale bids, ensuring projects are priced effectively and delivered profitably.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for commercial electrical projects Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for labor and materials Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing Develop and submit bid proposals within deadlines Maintain organized bid files and documentation Collaborate with project managers and operations teams
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in electrical estimating (commercial preferred) Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Proficiency in estimating software and
