Estimator:
Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates by reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs Collaborate with operations, engineering, production, and leadership teams to develop winning proposals Identify value-engineering opportunities and creative solutions that improve project outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and customers Support contract reviews, project planning, and resource forecasting efforts Participate in pre-bid meetings and assist with project coordination activities Negotiate pricing and procurement opportunities with suppliers and subcontractors Assist with business development initiatives and customer relationship management Help drive process improvements as the organization continues its rapid growth Must-Haves as the
Estimator:
Experience in construction estimating, manufacturing estimating, or a related technical estimating environment Experience in concrete and underground electrical infrastructure manufacturing Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar drafting/modeling software Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical plans, and specifications Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Haves as the
Estimator:
Experience with utility infrastructure, civil construction, concrete products, manufacturing, or related industries Knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and cost analysis Customer-facing or business development experience Project management exposure Experience with 3D modeling software
