Position Overview :
This position is for an Estimator/Project manager for an earthwork, asphalt paving, and concrete paving company. We encourage you to learn more about us by visiting www.tmasphalt.comKey Responsibilities :
- Bid reviews and take-offs utilizing computer software programs.
- Prepare accurate take-offs from field measures
- Solicit competitive pricing for materials, subcontractors, and services.
- Manage and maintain accurate work schedules.
- Frequent project visits to maintain pulse project and attend jobsite meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in civil construction work or Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in a construction related field.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Good PC skills, proficient in Microsoft word and excel is essential.
