What You'll Be Doing Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts on commercial projects up to $10M Develop budgets, conceptual estimates, and hard bids Review plans, specifications, and project documents Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships Identify value engineering opportunities Assist ownership in planning future growth initiatives Help position the company for the next decade of expansion What They're Looking For Commercial construction estimating experience Strong understanding of construction means and methods Ability to build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients Someone who enjoys being part of the bigger picture, not just producing estimates A professional who wants to help grow a company and be rewarded for doing so The Bottom Line This isn't a company looking for someone to simply replace a retiree and maintain the status quo.
