With consistent year-over-year growth, thepany is expanding its estimating bandwidth to support continued momentum. This role is ideal for a detail-driven electrical professional who understands both plan/spec bidding and design-build collaboration. Electrical Estimator Responsibilities Performplete take-offs and developpetitive cost estimates formercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional, and public projects Estimate both hard bid (plan/spec) and negotiated design-build projects Utilize McCormick or AccuBid to prepare detailed proposals and final bid submissions Collaborate internally with leadership and fellow estimators for multi-level review prior to bid submission Support pricing of change orders on awarded projects Participate in design-build discussions, assisting GCs and owners with value engineering and cost guidance Transition awarded work to Project Management teams with clear documentation and scope alignment Electrical Estimator Qualifications 3-10+ years ofmercial electrical estimating experience Proficiency in McCormick or AccuBid (required) Experience estimating projects ranging from $100K to $10M+ Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents Field experience as an electrician or foreman strongly preferred Experience supporting RFIs, material take-offs, and cost tracking Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume bidding environment What Makes This Opportunity Different 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) match KPI-based bonus program Hybrid flexibility (experience dependent) Team-based review culture — no estimator operates on an island Clear internal growth path within apanymitted to promotion from within #LI-SN1 Compensation $100,000 - $125,000
