In this role, you will be responsible for landscape crew management, accurately assessing landscape projects, preparing estimates, and ensuring communication between homeowners and other clients. Your expertise will help us deliver stunning outdoor spaces that exceed client expectations while maintaining cost efficiency and project profitability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your landscape estimating skills in a fast-paced, creative environment dedicated to transforming residential landscapes. Duties Ensuring the high-quality execution of landscaping and hardscaping projects while motivating your crew and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment Review plans, surveys and site conditions to develop precise cost estimates for landscape projects Utilize landscape design software such as Dynascape to create, manage, and visualize project Conduct a site visit to gather information, assess scope of work, and verify measurements for accurate pricing Preparing proper information to give the installation crew to help ensure projects stay within financial parameters through effective cost control strategies Coordinate with project management teams to align estimates with overall project timelines and objectives Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on residential landscapes or related fields Strong knowledge of construction management principles, contracts, and project management processes Skilled in negotiation to secure competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols to accurately assess scope of work Excellent communication skills for clear documentation, client interactions, and team collaboration Ability to analyze project data critically, manage multiple estimates simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively Join us if you're passionate about shaping beautiful outdoor environments while leveraging your estimating expertise!
