>> Should costing experience in Medical Devices Healthcare Life science Industry OR Consulting Industry >> Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and technical specifications >> Hands-on experience on Should Cost estimation using excel based tools or tools like Clean sheet, DFM Boothroyd, aPriori, TCPCM >> Understanding of CAD Tools (such as UG, CATIA, ProE) >> Expertise in Manufacturing and Assembly process planning along with In-depth knowledge on Time Estimation for various manufacturing related tasks >> In depth knowledge on Product Costing Methodology, Industrial engineering practices, Manufacturing Engineering practices etc. >> Detailed knowledge on industry materials costing, machine rates, operations and processes such as Injection molding, Stamping, Machining, Packaging, Electrical, Electronics etc. and process tooling >> Detailed understanding of surface coating processes >> Hands on experience in Value Engineering Value Analysis. Certified Value Engineer >> Global Supplier market intelligence >> Ability to interact with internal external customers on a regular basis >> Good communication skills in
