Cleanz Restoration & Remodeling is seeking an experienced Construction / Insurance Restoration Estimator To join our established and growing team. With more than 18 years in business, we are a trusted residential restoration and remodeling company serving the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Our work primarily involves insurance-related residential restoration projects—including water, mold, fire, storm, and emergency mitigation services—along with the remodeling and reconstruction required to put homes back together after a loss. This role is critical to our operations and directly impacts customer satisfaction, project flow, and company performance. Position Overview The Estimator is responsible for inspecting losses, developing accurate and compliant estimates, guiding homeowners through the insurance restoration process, and ensuring projects are properly approved and transitioned to a Project Manager for execution. This role is ideal for an estimator who understands that accurate construction and/or remodeling estimating, exceptional customer service, and effectively securing projects are essential components of long-term success. You will work directly with homeowners during times of stress and uncertainty, providing clarity, professionalism, and confidence while also ensuring projects are properly authorized and documented. Key Responsibilities Inspect residential properties affected by water, fire, mold, storm, or other losses Develop complete, accurate, and insurance-compliant scopes of work and estimates Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance adjusters, third parties, and internal teams Build trust with homeowners and secure signed authorizations and project approvals Explain the restoration and reconstruction process and set clear expectations with customers Submit required documentation to support estimate approval Ensure smooth handoff of approved projects to Project Management Deliver consistent, high-level customer service throughout the estimating process Compensation & Training $62,500

• $97,500+ annually, plus performance-based commission and performance-based bonuses

Compensation Structure Includes:

 Weekly paychecks  Hourly pay plus: o Overtime paid at time-and-a-half o Performance-based commission o Performance-based bonuses  Paid training to ensure success in the role T his position rewards Estimators who take ownership of their performance, follow through, and consistently convert opportunities into approved projects.
