The Role:

You will own the full estimating process from takeoffs to pricing, submission, and bid follow-up. This role is focused on both accuracy and winning work. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates for commercial and light industrial projects
• Perform takeoffs and review drawings/specs for scope gaps and risks
• Build competitive pricing while protecting margins
• Submit bids and follow up to improve win rate
• Work with field teams to improve estimating accuracy What We're Looking For
• 3-10+ years electrical estimating experience
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, labor, and job costing
• Ability to run full bid cycle independently
• Strong attention to detail and pricing judgment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Growth Mindset (Important)
