We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our growing team. Job Summary The Project Estimator plays a key role in our operations—responsible for preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with clients and vendors, and supporting our project managers to ensure jobs stay on budget and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and light commercial projects Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements Communicate with clients to understand project goals and expectations Obtain pricing from subcontractors and suppliers Prepare and present estimates and proposals in a clear, professional format Track and update costs as projects progress Collaborate with the project management team to ensure budgets and timelines are met Assist in developing scopes of work and contracts Qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction estimating or related field (residential remodeling preferred) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Excellent math, analytical, and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive, family-oriented team culture
