The Opportunity Dynamic Construction Group is seeking a Construction Estimator to take ownership of the estimating function and play a key role in supporting continued growth. Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction estimating experience
• Experience with commercial construction projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel and/or estimating software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with design-build projects
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore
• Background in tenant finishes, renovations, or commercial interiors
• Trade experience (general construction, electrical, etc.)
• Experience with ground-up commercial construction, including office, retail, and warehouse projects
