Monday-Friday About Us Servco Equipment Company manufactures and sells custom foodservice equipment under both the Servco and Gates brands. We work with customers, vendors, contractors, and project teams to provide quality stainless-steel equipment for commercial foodservice projects across a variety of industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Estimator / Office Administrator to join our team. This role will support our estimating, project management, and office operations by gathering project information, communicating with vendors and subcontractors, reviewing plans, and helping prepare accurate estimates for bid. Job Summary The Project Estimator / Office Administrator will assist management and the project team with gathering information, reviewing blueprints and architectural plans, communicating with vendors, and helping prepare accurate project estimates. This person should be organized, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable working with deadlines. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple departments to help keep projects moving forward. Key Responsibilities Gather pricing, lead times, and project information from vendors and subcontractors Review blueprints, architectural plans, specifications, and project documents Assist management with preparing accurate estimates for bids Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and internal team members by email and phone Support the project management team in solving problems and keeping projects on track Organize and maintain project documents, quotes, bid information, and related records Assist with office administrative duties as needed Follow up on outstanding information needed to complete estimates or project tasks Work closely with management to meet firm bid deadlines Help ensure project information is complete, accurate, and clearly communicated Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Customer-focused attitude Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, and similar programs Basic math skills Ability to read and review blueprints, architectural plans, or willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable communicating with vendors and subcontractors by phone and email Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team Previous estimating, construction, project coordination, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required Preferred Experience Experience reviewing construction drawings, blueprints, or architectural plans Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, or customers Experience in estimating, project coordination, office administration, construction, manufacturing, or foodservice equipment Familiarity with Bluebeam, Adobe, Excel, or similar software What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in being accurate, organized, and reliable.
