Full-Time Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC) CMC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Draftsman to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting fabrication and production operations through drafting, project coordination, and technical development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, organized, collaborative, and eager to contribute within a fast-paced manufacturing and construction environment. What You'll Do Develop submittals for client approval in accordance with project contract scope Create CAD drawings and electronic files for CNC fabrication Assist with estimating takeoffs, mockup development, quality analysis, quality control, and value engineering efforts Maintain project schedules, documents, data, and organized project files Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings for various building materials and systems Work collaboratively with project managers, estimators, operations teams, and fabrication personnel Attend scheduled project management, estimating, and operations meetings as requested Support development of new ideas, products, and process improvements What We're Looking For Proficiency in AutoCAD is required Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Understanding of construction industry practices and building systems preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Quick learner with a desire to grow and take on challenges Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude Highly motivated with a positive outlook and strong work ethic Enjoys hands-on development, innovation, and collaborative work environments What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities as available Full benefits after 90 days, including: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Accident insurance Short-term disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Collaborative and supportive work environment Culture & Growth Creative Modular Construction is committed to building both quality projects and strong people.
