Job Overview Sales Estimator Location:

Union, MO A global leader in processing and packaging equipment is seeking a detail-oriented and technically driven Sales Estimator to join a high-performing team. This role plays a critical part in supporting pre-sale activities by developing conceptual layouts, preparing accurate cost estimates, and delivering professional proposals for custom-engineered equipment solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop 2D Conceptual Layout Drawings (CLDs) using AutoCAD to support pre-sales and customer proposals Prepare accurate cost estimates for custom-designed equipment using SAP Generate, compile, and deliver customer quotations and proposals Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage opportunities, prioritize workload, and track sales activities Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and project teams Lead the sales-to-project handoff process upon order award, ensuring a smooth transition and clear project scope Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience in equipment manufacturing Minimum 1 year of experience with 2D CAD (AutoCAD preferred) Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and develop conceptual layouts Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with 3D CAD modeling Background in cost estimating for custom equipment or manufacturing projects Experience in food processing or packaging equipment manufacturing Working knowledge of SAP (ERP systems) Experience using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) Additional Requirements Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Why Join Us? Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
