We are guided by our core values of quality, trust, transparency, craftsmanship, and service . We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, with the ability to analyze project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget, contributing to the overall success of our operations. What You'll Do Manage all aspects of bid preparation, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, soliciting vendor/sub-contractor quotes, preparing cost estimates and submitting bid proposals. Perform site visits and pre-bid meetings for accurate project assessments. Develop an accurate proposal based on material, equipment, and labor costs Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis using Ressio. Perform all necessary project communications with clients, field staff, office support staff and management. Qualifications Construction specific degree and relevant experience is preferred Strong knowledge of construction management principles, contracts, and project management processes Experience working with construction bid platforms Excellent communication skills for clear documentation, client interactions, and team collaboration Ability to analyze project data critically, manage multiple estimates simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively
