What You'll Do Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for mechanical and plumbing scopes on new construction, renovations, and healthcare-related projects Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop comprehensive cost breakdowns Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure estimates align with real-world constructability Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing Participate in preconstruction planning and value engineering discussions Support budgeting, forecasting, and proposal development for upcoming opportunities What You Bring Experience estimating commercial mechanical and/or plumbing systems (healthcare experience is a major plus) Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and medical gas systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset A detail-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
