Join a team that specializes in large-scale commercial mechanical and plumbing systems, with a strong focus on healthcare facilities-environments where precision, safety, and reliability truly matter.What You'll DoPrepare detailed and accurate estimates for mechanical and plumbing scopes on new construction, renovations, and healthcare-related projectsReview drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop comprehensive cost breakdownsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure estimates align with real-world constructabilitySolicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricingParticipate in preconstruction planning and value engineering discussionsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and proposal development for upcoming opportunitiesWhat You BringExperience estimating commercial mechanical and/or plumbing systems (healthcare experience is a major plus)Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and medical gas systemsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specificationsProficiency with estimating software and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetA detail-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
