Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mitigation and Reconstruction Estimator to join our team. Base +
Commission Traits Needed:
Organized Proactive "Go-getter" ready to join a rapidly growing business Duties Prepare detailed cost estimates for mitigation and reconstruction projects using Xactimate Review and approve 3rd party estimates Followup and negotiate with insurance Collaborate with Mit and Recon teams to get the job done Provide guidance to reconstruction team Experience Proven experience in Restoration estimating, (mitigation and reconstruction required) Strong knowledge of construction site operations, management practices, and safety protocols. Xactimate certs/training is a huge plus
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
