Because of the growth of our Preconstruction Operations, we are looking for a Preconstruction Manager or Estimator to play a critical role in the early stages of our projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and coordination to ensure seamless project execution.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proven track record with Class A Interior Fit Outs and/or Ground Up Construction Projects.
Responsibilities-Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope and goals
- Develop comprehensive project estimates and budgets
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, soliciting and analyzing bids
- Prepare project schedules and coordinate preconstruction activities
- Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs and performance
- Oversee permit acquisition and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Support the transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
Qualifications-3+ recent years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or "cradle to grave" project management within the commercial construction industry
- Proven experience with Class A Interior Fit Outs and Ground Up Construction Projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredBenefits
