Position Overview:

They are seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration/Construction Estimator & Project Manager to join our growing team. This role requires expertise in both estimating project scopes and managing them from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. We are a growing company and value team members who are flexible and able to wear many hats.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits to assess damage and determine scope of work Create accurate and timely Xactimate estimates for insurance restoration and construction projects Coordinate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation Oversee field crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards Order materials, manage change orders, and ensure job profitability Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams Close out projects with final inspections, customer sign-off, and documentation

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in construction or restoration project management/estimating Proficiency in Xactimate and restoration estimating practices Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial construction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Strong organizational and time management skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record IICRC certification and insurance claims experience is a plus
