job summary: Our client, a leading North Carolina General Contractor, is seeking a precision-driven Estimator to lead high-density multifamily and public bid projects. We are looking for a Procore expert who can seamlessly transition from conceptual budgeting to final subcontractor negotiations while closing critical scope gaps.
