Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team and drive the success of our construction projects from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and efficient project execution. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality construction solutions while maintaining budget integrity and fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity project management. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project scope documents. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and contracts that align with project budgets and objectives. Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings. Assist in the review and management of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company standards. Skills Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors and subcontractors.. Deep principles, including cost control, pricing strategies, and resource planning. Knowledge of construction site operations, safety standards, and construction management practices. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams on contracts and project details.
