What You'll Do Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for mechanical, plumbing, and piping projects, including HVAC systems, process piping, and specialty installations. Perform quantity takeoffs, analyze drawings and specifications, and develop complete cost proposals. Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive, comprehensive bids. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field leaders to ensure constructability and alignment between estimate and execution. Assist with budgeting, value-engineering options, and preconstruction planning. Maintain organized documentation, historical cost data, and estimating tools to support continuous improvement. What You Bring Experience in estimating mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or piping construction projects. Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
