Glass / Storefront Glazing Estimator & Project Manager If you're a motivated and detail-oriented Glass / Storefront Glazing Estimator & Project Manager, this may be perfect for you. You'll get to estimate commercial glazing and storefront projects, manage awarded jobs from kickoff through completion, and maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, and field crews. You'll know you're the ideal candidate if you have experience in commercial glass and glazing systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for estimating, to include Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform accurate takeoffs for storefront, curtain wall, entrances, glass, mirrors, and glazing systems Prepare and submit competitive project estimates and proposals Communicate with vendors and suppliers for material pricing Track bid opportunities and follow up on submitted proposals And you'll serve as Project Manager, which means you'll Manage projects from award through completion Coordinate schedules, materials, fabrication, and installation crews Attend jobsite meetings, as needed Maintain communication with general contractors, customers, and subcontractors Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Monitor project budgets, timelines, and profitability Ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule The ideal candidate will have Experience in commercial glass, storefront, or glazing industry Knowledge of storefront systems, curtain wall, entrances, and glazing materials Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Strong math and measurement skills Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license If this sounds like you, you'll receive Competitive pay based on experience Vehicle allowance or availability (if applicable) Paid holidays and vacation Supportive small-team environment About Us Statesville Glass & Shower Door is a 3rd generation glass and glazing company specializing in commercial storefronts, entrances, glazing systems, and custom glass solutions.
