Commercial Construction Estimator Salary - Up to $120K PLUS, Competitive Annual Bonus We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive bids for commercial building projects. As a Commercial Construction Estimator , you will analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop detailed cost estimates that support profitable and successful project execution. About the Role The Commercial Construction Estimator will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to evaluate materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, problem-solving, and contributing to the strategic planning process of complex commercial projects.
