Job Description Depending on experience level, Estimators will be responsible for: Preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for projects ranging from $1M•75M+ Supporting pursuits across multifamily, commercial, healthcare, education, and institutional work Performing quantity takeoffs and scope reviews Soliciting, leveling, and evaluating subcontractor bids Collaborating with operations, preconstruction, and executive leadership Participating in value engineering and cost‑saving strategies Supporting a currently active $75M multifamily ground‑up project and future pipeline Working directly under the Chief Estimator as part of a growing estimating team MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Estimator•Commercial Construction should have: 3-10 years of estimating experience (open to junior or more seasoned candidates) Exposure to commercial construction (multifamily, hospitality, office, schools, healthcare, or similar) Strong understanding of construction documents and scopes Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment Clear communication skills and attention to detail Willingness to work fully in‑office (no hybrid/remote option) Ability to commute to Burlington, VT / Lebanon, NH / Portsmouth, NH (relocation supported) What's on
