Responsibilities Reviews project quantities and manages the project quantity book. Assists with cost report management & tracking. Assists with project scheduling, including regular updates. Manages subcontractors and inputs quantities into the system of record and prepares pay estimates. Performs take-offs. Identifies and resolves conflicts between design plans and onsite conditions and communicates changes to others. Performs other duties as assigned.
