Restoration- Estimator

A top restoration company is looking for an Estimator with Mitigation & Reconstruction. The ideal candidate will have a reconstruction and mitigation background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.

Specific responsibilities include:

Define project scope, goals for each project assigned and execute. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and customers in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate reconstruction and mitigation losses using Xactimate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Solid restoration knowledge Experience writing estimates using Xactimate software Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional customer communication and service skills Ability to sell and present contracts to the client and close deals Knowledge of the property/insurance industry Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
