Job Description

FENCE ESTIMATOR
North New Jersey | On the Road | Full-Time /
Contract Pay:
$18 - $20/hr | Gas & Toll Reimbursement
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a growing fence contracting company in North New Jersey seeking a detail-oriented Fence Estimator. This is a road-based position — you will travel to residential and light commercial properties across the region, conducting 5 to 7 estimates per day and entering accurate data into our systems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Use Launch Map Estimator to pinpoint the linear footage of fence for each property Document property conditions on-site and gather information directly from customers Input and manage all customer data and job details into our CRM and Launchpad platform Communicate clearly with homeowners and report job scope back to the internal team Complete 5-7 on-site property visits per day on a set daily schedule (Site Property Visits are subject to change due to seaonality)
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle (required) Valid Social Security Number Comfortable with technology — must be able to navigate our CRM platform and Launchpad - We will train Strong attention to detail and clear customer communication Ability to work independently and manage a full daily schedule of estimates
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Prior estimating, sales, or customer-facing experience Familiarity with fencing materials (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum) Basic understanding of property measurements and layouts
COMPENSATION & PERKS
