Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing scopes of work and project requirements Performing quantity take-offs and material calculations Preparing labor and material estimates Reading plans, specifications, and bid documents Obtaining and evaluating vendor and subcontractor pricing Collaborating with sales, operations, and project teams Reviewing project scopes to ensure accuracy before pricing is finalized Assisting with public bid and negotiated projects across multiple roofing systems

Required Skills:

3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience Strong mathematical and analytical skills Experience with commercial roofing systems such as: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Metal Roofing, BUR (Built-Up Roofing) Experience performing take-offs and material quantification Desire to grow with a company long term
