Hackensack, NJ Salary:

$70,000-$110,000/year This is a high-responsibility role for someone who knows the industry, understands the players, and can confidently manage the entire estimating process.

What You'll Do:

Lead the estimating process from initial bid invitation through final submission Develop accurate, competitive, and strategic plumbing estimates Perform detailed takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and contract documents Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Review and respond to RFIs, addendums, and scope clarifications Prepare and submit complete, professional proposals on behalf of the company Handle all required MEP documentation with accuracy and efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors (GCs) Understand the competitive landscape and key industry players Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining profitability and win rate Seamlessly integrate into and follow internal company processes
