Construction Estimator

General Contractor is looking for a Construction Estimator to fulfill the day-to-day requirements of project bidding. We perform Municipal, State, Federal, and Residential work. Strong interpersonal skills, customer service, clear communication, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail are of paramount importance for this position. The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable, and is capable of consistently meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as an Estimator
• Ability to read construction drawings/plans
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Aptitude in math / performing take-offs
• Must be proficient with MacOS, Excel, and Word
• Problem-solving abilities
• Self-Starter

• Safety Oriented
• Possess Valid Drivers License
• High school diploma
